phil_m
You need to download and install the latest version of Native.

silverhead
Make sure your Helix firmware, HX Edit software, and Helix Native software are all compatible. The latest version of each is v3.
gsteele
I am having the same issue. Is it possible uploading presets to native is not permitted during the trial? I have not purchased yet. I have however successfully upload IRs...

Again, make sure the version numbers are matching on everything.
myalltoyou
Were you guys able to find a resolution? I don't see any way to update Helix Native beyond 1.0. I am getting the same error on my M1 Mac. I was able to upload my presets on my Intel Mac, so I am not sure if that is what we have in common or not. **Update**. I noticed you can see the 3.15 version of Native if you don't list hardware in the download dropdown and just pick Helix Native as software. That fixes my issues!
