soundchaser Posted April 2, 2022 Share Posted April 2, 2022 Just bought the Power Pack Model Pack. I've installed all of the other purchased model packs and am having a hard time with this one. First, I followed all of the instructions in the purchase email. Launched License Manager, authorized my computer and device and only the other previously purchased add-ons show up. I power cycled the HD500. I read the FAQs. The new model pack doesnt show up in My Computer nor on the POD HD500 screen in License Manager. Read my earlier post. If you buy software that is clearly described as not compatible with your hardware, don’t be surprised when you can’t use it.
