Two different midi signals to seperate helix units

That shouldn’t be an issue as long as you have a MIDI source that can do what you want. Just set each of the Helixes to its own MIDI channel and set the MIDI commands accordingly.

The Helix has a MIDI out/THRU - with a little configuration you should be able to daisy chain from Helix A to Helix B.
