Firmware was 3.11 . on the device were the preset lists, but no IR list that was empty. I did an update of the firmware to 3.15 , however the IR list is still empty. Now I have a question. silverhead Posted October 28, 2022 Share Posted October 28, 2022 There are no Factory IRs. The IR list is empty on new devices. The rest is explained clearly in the IR section of the manual. Hi, As mentioned by "silverhead" in the post above, your Helix doesn't have any "Factory IRs" installed, although Line 6 offered a free pack of IRs from Allure to use in your unit.
