I turned it on and play for 20 mins, left it for a while turned on and when I got back to it, it stopped work. I can see a black screen and pedal indicators light. Tried to restart it. Same stuff. Checked my house power. It's ok, 220V. Few days ago made an update to 3.50. Everything was perfect. Tried to run test mode and factory reset -- nothing happens Any ideas, recommendations, etc? I have the same problem, helix lt has a black screen and both lights are on. Were you able to fix the Helx, did they tell you what the fault was? The best thing you can do is contact Customer Support to see if they can help. Hola, La pantalla en blanco parecería indicar un problema con la fuente de alimentación.
