Mucho71 Posted January 2, 2023 Share Posted January 2, 2023 Hello guys - please help me... Info: I play - Helix Floor and Shuriken SR270 (digital cable) Firmware: 3.51 I have a problem... namely... I change the pitch in a preset from all strings for example -4 and then go back to a normal preset 0, then in the now pressed preset the pitch stays at -4. That shouldn't be?! What did I set wrong?! Something in the global settings?! I have no idea...I hope you understand what I mean and you can give me a "serious" answer thx m. ps. I am from Austria. Answers in German are possible... psarkissian Posted January 4, 2023 Share Posted January 4, 2023 Preset is determining what the guitar is doing. It's called "Force Mode". It needs to be in "Don't Force Mode" , so that guitar can be independent. Preset bestimmt, was die Gitarre tut. Es heißt "Force-Modus".
