daveaphotopod
I did see somewhere that it powers off after 4 minutes, but my understanding was that it was when you take it out of your guitar and it was connected to power...that is live. (Right now I have mine connected to a power strip that is off) EDIT: I did just now check, and it powered off. and it has been about 4 minutes. So is it safe to assume that I can look at the receiver as a battery and despite whether the unit gets power, the transmitter will sit there, with a light, until it hits that 4 minute timer, then? Or should that not be happening at all, and I need a firmware update?
PierM
The transmitter does auto standby after 4 minutes without signal. So, as soon as you stop playing, the transmitter will auto shut down after 4 minutes with no audio, to preserve the battery charge.
