lorenleonard
Is it possible to have FS1 and FS2 trigger different snapshots and FS3 just trigger an effects block without changing the current snapshot? So if I had Snapshot One selected I couple press FS3 and say just toggle on/off a boost block? Hope this isn't clear as mud, let me know if I need to describe it better. Thanks all! silverhead
Yes, it’s possible. Use the Command Center as described in the HX Stomp manual, pg 47. This allows you to select any Snapshot using a footswitch in Stomp mode.
rd2rk
In Stomp Mode you can assign a FS to load a Snapshot, so you could assign two switches to load Snapshots. However, how you do it could be tricky. You need to think beyond the initial Snapshot change. When you're in the new Snapshot, what do you want those two switches to do? Consider - You have 3 Snapshots. You only need to FS1 to toggle between SS1 and SS2. If you use FS2 to go to SS3, then in SS3 you want FS1 to go to SS1 and FS2 to go to SS2. Remember that whenever you assign a Stomp Mode FS to a CommandCenter Function, that FS is assigned to that function in EVERY Snapshot. Each Function has a default action associated with it. If you change that action in SS1 (for instance), SS2 and SS3 will still be assigned the default action. IOW - once you've assigned a Function to a FS in one SS, that FS needs to know what to do in EVERY SS, else it will perform its default action. Attached is a demo preset. Note the FS assignments in each SS. FS3 is always the delay bypass. lorenleonard.hlx
