EwanArm
I have the Pod Go Edit app on my laptop (windows 11) and everything works fine, but whenever I open it it comes up with this message. Microsoft support says "See if an updated and compatible driver is available through Windows Update or from the driver manufacturer.", I can't find an update for the driver in my settings so I don't know if that is the issue or not. Microsoft's other suggestion is to turn off the Memory Integrity setting, which I am reluctant to do in case the driver (or any others I might install on my laptop with the setting disabled) have any negative effects on my laptop. Looking at other forms it looks like the issue is just that Line 6 haven't updated the driver for windows 11. I have a few questions; 1. what does this driver actually do and what does not having it loaded actually stop me from doing? 2. can I fix it? 3. what will happen if I do disable the memory integrity setting? jiml6
You don't need the driver if you're only running Pod Go Edit (I believe). You would need it if you're using your Pod Go for recording.
silverhead
There are actually two drivers, I believe. One is a general USB device driver that allows your POD Go to be recognized as the computer’s soundcard for general audio as well as POD Go Edit I think, and the other is an ASIO driver to be used for DAW recording over USB. Yeah, I think the one for the general USB and edit is working, just not the ASIO one

BarkingSpiders
Can someone at Line 6 fix this issue? I have a ton of these popups every time I boot up Pod Go Edit.
cyconyco
Hi @Line6Tony, @Line6Pete1, can you give us an update on this topic, will there (soon/ever) be a new driver for the POD Go / Win11? I'm a bit disappointed, because the POD Go and its drivers are stated as "works with Windows 11" everywhere, without any asterisk: Which is kind of a stretch if i have to disable a core security feature for the entire OS to use it for recording. Thanks
javajaymiller
Any update to this? I also would like to record with the Pod Go. Alternatively, are there other ASIO drivers that could work for recording (e.g., ASIO4ALL)?
cyconyco
Hey, a new driver is available since march this year. It works now on Win11 with enabled core memory integrity protection. Thanks, this is awesome. It would have been even better if someone had told me about this earlier... ;-)
