Coffyboss
Sorry I'm kinda new here. I downloaded some presets from CUSTOMTONE and I am having a problem hearing anything. The creator of this preset wrote FYI CHANGE THE INPUT I use the returns as inputs. The Snapshots are in order of when the sounds appear in the song. How do I " Change the Input"? thank you
silverhead
It depends. What Line 6 device are you talking about? Generally the input is a parameter in the Input block of the signal chain.
Coffyboss
HELIX- here's what the user wrote in the description YET ANOTHER UPDATE!!... FYI CHANGE THE INPUT I use the returns as inputs. The Snapshots are in order of when the sounds appear in the song. Snapshot 2 is for the intro and outro solos played by Barry Goudreau with a shorter but more prominent delay. Snapshot 4 is for Tom's solos with a longer but less prominent delay. Unfortunately in Snapshot 5 one note in the harmony ends up wrong (but not awful) because it's off by a 4th instead of the 3rd, oh well. I change the guitar volume and tone on the fly for each preset especially the middle part. And sadly I can't make a snapshot for the little licks before the middle part that are drowned in reverb, because there's no room for more stompboxes! I've spent forever researching how Tom got that tone and this is pretty close I think. Enjoy!

silverhead
Select the Input block. Use knob 1 to change the selection from ‘Return …’ to ‘Multi’.
