colofara Posted October 22, 2023 Share Posted October 22, 2023 Hello family, im having problems with my pod hd500 using my mac computer. im recording using the free version of Reaper DAW. My computer doesn't recognize my pedalboard. Im new in this , i love my podhd500 , and i cant afford a new helix. is there any DAW that you recommend, the hd500 edit also is not working. the pedalboard works great. thanks!! silverhead Posted October 23, 2023 Share Posted October 23, 2023 Do you have the Line 6 driver installed? Depending on your MAC OS you may need it. Check the Downloads link at the top of this page. Select POD HD500 as the product, Drivers as the software, and select your OS. Download and install the appropriate driver. Reaper/DAW is not the problem.
