bearreport57
I tried updating to the latest version of the firmware. It said it failed mid-update and to reset the unit and try again. Upon doing so, I was shown a screen straight out of a corrupted Nintendo game. I can’t seem to do any kind of reset holding any combination of foot switches, HX edit doesn’t see it when it’s connected to my laptop, and the line 6 tech support phone number doesn’t work. Great. Do I just have a very expensive paper weight now?

Nope just a very poor version of Space Invaders”. I have become tired have having to type the same rescue info over and over again so, follow this link to the the official instructions from Line 6. or the unofficial version from a while back - if you follow this disaster recovery just remember that you need to use the latest revision numbers where necessary - ie. 3.70 not 3.50. Hope this helps/makes sense. Edited November 18, 2023 by datacommando Added link
bearreport57
Thanks so much. I’ve never had this happen before and when HX edit wouldn’t even recognize it I was awfully concerned. Thanks again.
