marekuser
Dear Line6, I plan to use HX One in my pedalboard with amp and cab sim, in 4-Cable method, to be able to place the effects in 2 places in my signal chain (I want to use drop tuning as well as modulation). You can see my signal chain in the picture. Guitar -> HX One(drop and octave) -> Compressor -> Drive -> HX One(distortion and modulation) -> amp & cab sim -> delay -> reverb My question is: Is it possible to take advantage of stereo effects in HX One when running 4-Cable method by using TRS Cable? If possible I would run TRS cable from HX One to amp & cab sim. Thank you
silverhead
The manual suggests that the answer is No. It mentions only TS (mono) output for each jack. You need to use both L and R jacks to get stereo. Experiment with TRS abut I expect it won’t work. Use unbalanced 1/4" TS cables to connect to your guitar amp or other pedals. When connecting to a mono pedal or single amp, connect only the L/MONO 1/4" jack.
