mandomerc
I downloaded the updates and when i try to create a backup i get an error. (timeout to be exact) Anyone else run into this issue
codamedia
Time out errors are usually "communication" errors. Try a new USB cable, and/or a different port in your computer. There is a remote possibility that the user model defaults are corrupt... but I'd look to the more obvious/common problem first.
jiml6
Do you happen to remember what your user model defaults are?

originalunyun
I am having an issue updating to 3.70 also. I've done a factory reset on the Helix. I've downloaded the 3.70 installer and it says it installs successfully. But then when I restart Helix HX it is still version 3.60 and then tells me there's an update available, and it hasn't updated to 3.70. Still on 3.60. So I can't update the firmware on the Helix until I update Helix HX to 3.70. I'm on Mac running Sonoma 14.2.1. Thanks!
