Guitar_Mike1
Hello, I'm trying to record with my POD Go, but when I open my DAW the POD Go recording device is not detected. However, I can access the POD Go editor on my laptop, make changes to patches etc. and see the POD Go in the device manager. I attempted to connect with/without my editor on, with/without Norton, rebooted POD/PC, updated the POD. Here is my setup. Windows 11 PodGo 2.0.1 firmware (Just updated again and everything rebooted) - USB to laptop DAW - Tried with Audacity & Oceanaudio Appreciate any insight. Thanks, Mike
silverhead
Check the audio device settings in your DAW. You may have to specify that it use the POD Go, and you may need to confirm that you have installed the Line 6 ASIO driver for the POD Go. The audio device settings in the DAW is where I am not seeing the POD. As far as I understand, the ASIO driver is part of the 2.0 install. Do you have a link to just the driver? silverhead
Yes, the driver is part of the v2.0 POD Go Edit installation package. For completeness I would download and install the whole package again. You needn’t uninstall anything first. Make sure you download the Edit package, not the firmware. If you want just driver it is available separately in the Downloads section. Filter for the POD Go hardware, Driver software, and your OS. Guitar_Mike1
Since I loaded the v2.0 two times previously, I figured I would load the driver itself and BOOM it worked! The POD now shows up in the DAW. Thanks for your help.
