Line 6 POD HD 500x Rebooting Continuously

Line 6 POD HD 500x  is showing some error that when it is powered on, it is continuously rebooting. The problem is exactly as shown in the video which has the link below.  i tried to reset flash by pressing left button , but it not working . I  also connected it to computer via USB for reset but the unit is not get connected in mac also in windows. Can any one suggest a solution.

The power supply might no longer be able to deliver the amount of current (3000mA) required by the device.

Try another power supply with the following specs:
9V DC,

3000mA (no less),

polarity: center pin negative,

power connector: 5.5 x 2.5mm

I tried another same device's connector, but same result- not booting. While checking with multimeter its showing 9 V clearly. @hurghanico
