Load HX One in ByPass State

Not sure if you are reporting a bug or what...two of us have the HX One on two different boards using the Morningstar MC6 Pro and an RJM PBC 6X.  Both engage/bypass makes no sense with a PC change.  If you send a CC#4 to bypass or engage the pedal, then send a PC to change the patch, the PC is engaging/bypassing the pedal as well.  In the RJM forum, it was suggested to use wait command with not luck.

The issue here is that you cannot save a preset in the bypassed state.  If you put it in bypass and save, it come back as engaged when you recall the preset.  There are times when you might want to recall a preset as not engaged (along with recalling the presets on other devices) to begin a song, and then you want to engage the preset in the middle of the song.  Yeah you can send the extra CC#4, but it is a pain, and not MIDI controller will have the ability to send the extra command (for instance, the Boss MS-3 can only send 4 midi commands when changing presets).

If you save a preset, it should save all settings for that preset, including engaged/bypass.
