Helix Native authentication goes blank

As soon as I open an instance of Helix Native in Digital Performer 11.3, I get:

Logging in...

Authorising...

Authenticating licences...

BLANK

Is it because I have previously installed Helix Native on another computer? I still have it installed on my Mac Mini with Ventura installed, but just bought a Mac Studio which has Sonoma installed.

Hi,

You can check the status of your computer authorisations from your account details.

You can find the details under the “Hardware & Software” > “Authorized Devices”.

From there you should be able to Deauthorise any you no longer require.

If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact Customer Support.

Hope this helps/makes sense.

Found it. Looks like I had 4 authorised devices. I'm guessing 4 is the limit.

Hmm… not sure.

It’s very confusing because my account states:

You currently are using 4 out of 5 active devices.

You currently are using 6 out of 11 lifetime devices.

No idea how that works out.
