ericwallmusic
The HX Stomp is one of the best pedals on the market because of its versatility, programmability and size. My Helix Floor was able to do so much, but I missed my analog pedals; the HX Stomp gives me access to some of the goodness of the Helix Floor, but with the ability to easily integrate those sounds into an analog pedal board. Over the course of time, I've found that I really only need access to two or three effects within the HX stomp at a time, all triggered via midi. I was beginning to feel that I wanted the HX stuff to take up even less real estate on the board. That's why I was SO EXCITED about the HX One release!! It's so compact, and has access to most of the sounds from the HX units I would want to integrate into my pedal board! The added Flux control is AMAZING also!! The only thing is that it only supports one effect at a time... The HX One would be my favorite pedal release to date if it could support two or three effects in a chain, instead of just one. What do you guys think? Am I crazy to think that? Was I expecting too much out of the HX One? Do you think we could hope for a Version 2? silverhead
It’s already here, called the HX FX!! More than three at a time but FX only - no amp/cab modeling. Designed specifically to integrate into your analog pedalboard.
