Hi!

When I open Helix Native in the new Logic Pro this is how it appears.

I logged in but don't know where to click to authorize this computer (first time installing Native in this one).

Any help?

Thanks in advance!

Jorge

Hi, Jorge,

When seeking assistance from Forum users it's a really good idea to supply as much information as possible regarding the computer and operating system, and DAW, you are using.

From what you have said, it appears to me that you are using Logic Pro version 11.0.1 on one of the newer Mac models. As you stated this is a first time install on this Mac, then authorising the computer is a necessary part of the installation and copy protection.

In your second post, you say it is authorised, but there is still an issue, although looking at the screenshot it seems that the Logic plug-in manager has flagged it as being available for use and it is successfully validated. If that is correct then you need to supply more specific information as to exactly what is happening - the screen grab gives no indication of any issues.

Pease help us to help you.
