No audio after 3.80 update on helix floor

Tried updating through using HX Edit but it failed and left the unit in recovery mode.  Was able to safe boot it and install the update using line 6 updater.  Everything is good except I have no audio output on 1/4’ or XLR, but the headphones output works.  Any ideas?

If you haven't done the factory reset followed by restoring form your backup, you should do that.

Hi,

 

When weird stuff starts to happen, especially after an update, you should try a factory reset. In fact, it’s part of the information included in the Release Notes for the firmware.

 

Then restore from the backup you made prior to the update - especially the global settings.
