flydav
Hello I'm new to this forum and to the HX stomp xl, today I tried to create a first test preset so I selected an empty location 27B and started to add blocks etc I managed to get what I wanted and saved the preset but when I went to stomp mode there were no effects name and no associate colors just a black window with just the preset name on top. What am I missing? Sorry if this is a dumb question but as I said I just started with the HX. Thanks!
silverhead
You need to assign an FX block to a footswitch (FS) in order for the FX name to appear in the display in Stomp mode.
silverhead
You need to assign an FX block to a footswitch (FS) in order for the FX name to appear in the display in Stomp mode. Here’s s a snippet from the manual pg43: NOTE: To manually access the Controller Assign menu, press the menu button and then Knob 2 (Controller Assign). Further details in the manual.

Also - please download and read/study the latest version of the Owner’s Manual. Hope this helps/makes sense.
