FuzE_gus Posted August 12 Share Posted August 12 I'm going crazy. Running Helix Native on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra running the latest version of Logic Pro. OS Version: Sequoia 15.1 I've searched high and low and can't find anything on this. If a post exists on this somewhere, my apologies. Perhaps you could direct me. I hadn't used Native in a while and it wouldn't load properly so I deleted it and did a fresh install. The plugin loads but every time I try and open a preset I get this error: HELIX NATIVE Failed to load preset. Could not decrypt the asset. [code -1116] I've done multiple fresh instals after deleting all related files. I've double checked that the plugin is authorized. I just can't get this working. silverhead Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 The message indicates that the preset is a protected asset, likely purchased from Line 6 Marketplace. Anyhow, you said that you have tried a fresh install of Native, but there can be issues, especially on Mac units, where some items are not fully removed. Check this link: Another known issue, is if you change the name of your computer. FuzE_gus Posted August 13 Author Share Posted August 13 Customer support got me sorted super quick... I did a preset purge and than restored factory setlists and everything is working again. I didn't have any presets saved so this was an easy fix. If I did I would have done a backup first. How to get those back?
