You don’t say if it was working properly previously, but now it looks like this after boot up. If a factory reset doesn’t fix the issues, and you only bought it 2 days ago, if it is brand new, straight out of the box (not pre-owned), then it will be covered by the standard warranty, and it should be replaced for one that works correctly.
