jpdennis
I remember a setting in Windows 11 concerning "Fast Startup and USB Selective Suspend in power options" needing to be disabled. Core isolation was already addressed with the last Helix driver update. I will need to get a USB-C to USB-A for my computer.
GrumpyOldPunk
OK after screwing with this thing all day yesterday and getting no where. This morning I had the bright idea to try my work laptop. It also had the same issue. So, I switched the USB-C cable to one that I know was working correctly and that fixed everything. So thanks or the suggestions folks, but I got it figured out.
