I went to the main line6 page and click on the "LEARN MORE" in the LINE 6 PRODUCT FEEDBACK" banner which did work for me.

I ended up creating a support ticket for a potential bug I posted on this forum, using this link: https://line6.com/support/tickets/add.html.

Bugs should be reported through support tickets. Feature requests should be made via product feedback.
