agentrm25 Posted December 17, 2025 Share Posted December 17, 2025 I'm attempting to use 2 outboard Boss FS-6's as my main snapshot selector on the Helix Stadium XL. I have them plugged into the 2 external pedal slots on the unit and I've tried them configured every which way, but it seems that Control C (i.e. the 3rd footswitch) will simply not work. Try as I might I cannot get it to trigger any snapshots or midi commands. And yes, I have swapped pedals and cords. I am not sure where to report bugs other than here on the forums.
