andrew_summers
Running latest firmware via usbc update directly from computer to the stadium xl. I am not able to authenticate to the Line6 servers and they said they are looking into it. If it is their servers then why is the problem so isolated and not hardware related? Has anyone else experienced this? It’s frustrating to have a brand new piece of (expensive) gear and not have any idea which way this is going (replace unit or wait for them to fix a problem for a small group of users?). Any ideas or possible remedies?
cacibi
I did experience this also. Updated via Line 6 Central and still could not complete the setup portion for login to L6 account. No QR code, no 6 digit code, not able to enter login info manually - either during the startup setup screen or after bypassing and trying to enter in settings. Mystic368
I experienced the same. As a Windows user, I had to borrow a colleague's MacBook to load firmware 1.2 since the Helix Stadium Bulk Transfer driver incliuded with Stadium App 1.2 for Windows is broken and crashes every time on attempting to connect to Stadium XL. Are you a Mac or Windows user? If Windows, did you have any problems doing a USB-C cabled update of your firmware?
