gmj-music Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 Seriously, how do you get the looper working? I have read the manual, read forums, searched Google and watched many Youtube videos. Hours wasted as all are trash on this subject. Given the quantity of people asking in various media this clearly is very poorly documented. Whether I select single or six looper, after assigning, all I get is a playback button which does nothing. I have tried changing the global menu for various combos of preset/stomp/snap and nada. Tried moving through stomp mode which also shows cuts but still no record. Nothing like the videos or doc show. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rd2rk Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 The documentation tells all you need to know. If your Helix doesn't behave as the documentation describes: Perform a Factory Reset (back up your presets first!). If that doesn't work, reinstall the FW using "Line6 Updater" which should have installed with HX Edit. If that doesn't work, open a support ticket.
