Helix Floor/LT Repair Help: PSU / Regulator Line Issues

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m dealing with a problem regarding my Line 6 Helix Floor and the local service options here in the Philippines have been unresponsive for almost a week. I’m hoping to get some technical guidance or see if anyone has a schematic/experience with the power section.

The unit initially powers on and functions normally for about two hours, but then the LED strips begin to blink uncontrollably. Based on some advice I found on Reddit, I tried letting the unit 'rest' for 20–30 minutes. After cooling down, it turned back on and worked again for a short period.

My Question/s:

  1. Is there a viable way to get this unit repaired outside of the Philippines (e.g., Singapore or Australia)? If so, what is the typical quote for an out-of-warranty PSU/regulator repair including labor and parts?

  2. Has anyone successfully replaced the internal PSU board at home to solve these thermal/blinking issues? If this is a known part failure, where can I reliably order a replacement board that ships internationally?"

Any help or leads on where to source a replacement PSU board globally would be massively appreciated!

Have you opened a support ticket? Line 6 may be able to influence your local service centre to be more responsive.

Yes I've already opened a support ticket. I told them the issue and that the local service isn't responding to my email.
