zeyes51 Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 For about 20 years I have been running Pod Farm Platinum with all the model packs and updated to 2.59 with my Line 6 UX2. I just bought a NEW (yes new in 2026) TONEPORT ux2. And now that I just installed my new UX2, my pod farm version went down to standard from platinum And , of course, I lost some of the models which I had bought years ago. silverhead Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 Maybe running the Line 6 License Manager will restore your Platinum. I believe the old UX2 models included a license for POD Farm Standard (pre-2.5 version). That may have been installed, overwriting your Platinum license. spanishmartin Posted February 21 Share Posted February 21 The license could be tied to your old UX2. Has it packed up completely? If not, maybe just have it plugged in as a dongle, and use your new one as the interface. Just a thought. Probably best to get in touch with support for clarification though.
