  1. Did you purchase a pod farm 2 license? It sounds like you didn't, which is why it only works with Pod farm 1.
  2. They haven't abandoned it, you can still buy it. You just can't use it if you made the mistake of buying it tied to their hardware.
  3. I could understand it if Line 6 stopped developing drivers for the interface, and the latest windows or Mac. That happens with almost every interface at some point. Can you still use the interface with the latest operating software and another product like Amplitube, but just can't authorise it to work with Pod Farm? What if you were using an older operating software? If you can't authorise on any operating software, that would be quite unusual. That would mean that my Pod farm platinum license which is tied to the interface, would never work again. Can't think of any other company's that would do that and it would seem unfair to say the least.
  4. I know very little about this but I'm wondering, what happens when your license for Pod farm is tied to that interface. Do you lose everything?
  5. I'll give it another 10 years, and then at least think about giving up. I'm not the most patient of people.
  6. The license could be tied to your old UX2. Has it packed up completely? If not, maybe just have it plugged in as a dongle, and use your new one as the interface. Just a thought. Probably best to get in touch with support for clarification though.
  7. Line 6 Monkey hasn't connected to the server for quite some time. Have you tried Line 6 central? To register your Variax, go here. https://line6.com/account/registergear/
  8. As far as I understand it, it does apply to License manager too. Best to ask support really. There surely must be a way round that.
  9. Fair enough, but at least remove it from the downloads where it says it works with windows 10 and 11.
  10. Got the same problem. Can't get Monkey to connect to line 6 and can't log in. Tried 2 windows 10 PCs. Monkey doesn't see my 500 or the USB interface. Says in the download section that both are supported by 10 and 11. With central the USB interface is recognised and I can log in.
  11. I believe this is the recommended repair and service company in the UK. They are in Milton Keynes. http://www.eandm.co/contact.html
  12. I could easily be wrong but I don't think there ever was a driver for Pod 2.0. If you are thinking of line 6 edit, Then that officially only goes up to windows 8 or mountain lion. Might work with later, but I wouldn't know. Anyway to get line 6 edit, in the drop downs on the downloads page look for, Pod 2.0..........Line 6 edit........ Windows 8.. You may also run in to java problems. Its the 32 bit version of Java you need. Even if your computer is 64 bit.
