I have the last update since a few weeks, I didn't change anything, but now, I have to wait 4 to 5 minutes for play. Does anyone else have the same problem? vinny_x3 Posted March 16 Author Share Posted March 16 Following my first post, things have gotten worse: it takes 7 to 8 minutes to start up, and one out of three times, it freezes on the home screen... This Helix is less than two months old, and I've sent it back to Thomann. I expect them to replace this device, because my confidence in it has vanished...
