littlespaceman
I've transferred some wav files to my Stadium but forgot to set the tempo on the Helix Stadium app before I dragged the files over. When I then try to change the tempo of the Song on my Stadium it messes everything up - for example it cuts off the end of the song. Is there a way to change the tempo after creating a Song and transferring tracks, or do you have to delete that song and start all over again, setting the tempo of the song BEFORE transferring files? FWIW it probably doesn't matter much, as one of the tracks I've copied across is a click track, so I don't need the Stadium onboard tempo/click to sync perfectly, but it would be nice to achieve this if possible

I now exclusively use a click track. Also, you can expand the song's end flag to a point based upon the limitation I believe that is mentioned in the on line Stadium manual. jpd
littlespaceman
Ah, that's a good idea re moving the end point. Only thing is, I want to i increase the tempo, which shortens the song, so I guess I can't do anything about that...?

I hadn't thought about the song shortening aspect. Well, the only way to test would be to adjust tempo prior to final creation. If you do that please report your finding back. I'd be interested how your click track would respond as well. Thanks again, jpd (just plain dennis)
littlespaceman
I'll let you know what happens if I find myself in the same situation again - like you though I think just using a click track is probably the way ahead...
