rondesjardins
Having an issue with Delay blocks stopping to work when switching between snapshots. I've setup a new preset and loaded in a single amp and the Elephant Man delay which is working fine. I then assign two switches (via Command Center) to be snapshots (1 and 2). I leave the delay on, and then switch to snapshot 2 and the delay stops working (but is still activated/"on" on the screen). I then switch back to snapshot 1 and the delay is still not working. Turning the delay block off/on, or editing any parameters does not resolve the problem. Editing the delay block in Focus mode DOES turn the delay effect back on (I can audibly hear it) on, but as soon as I change the snapshot, it renders the delay inoperative (yet it remains "on" on the screen). I can just pick each delay going down the list, and it loads fine, but stops working as soon as I switch the snapshot. This is also happening within presets I have imported from my HX Stomp as well as within brand new presets. Rebooting does not resolve the issue. Interestingly, i do have some presets in which this doesn't happen. I am baffled, as I've been playing this for weeks and it's been fine. I think I have seen other posts on this forum with users having the same issue. Is anybody aware of this and/or are their recommendations to fix? Thanks
silverhead
Are you familiar with the Trails On/Off parameter? That controls whether the delayed notes keep sounding when the Delay block is turned off. Perhaps it needs to be set to On?
rondesjardins
Yeah, I am very familiar with that parameter and it is on. Just doesn't make sense. Guess I'll try a factory reset and restore from backup.
silverhead
Good plan. If that doesn’t work the next step would be to reinstall the firmware using Line 6 Central.
