jswanagon01
Hello, I recently got a good price on a POD X3, so I took advantage of it. With that said, it doesn't play well with Windows 11. So, I am unable to download and install model presets through my computer. Which isn't a problem, it was still worth it. However, I am wondering if there are any resources with the manual settings for different popular models. I am eclectic, so I am looking for good blues tones, hard rock (like Metallica, etc.), rock (like Eddy Van Halen, etc.), clean tones, and the like. My thought is that I can just find the ones I like and input them manually and then save them. I appreciate any help anyone can provide. Thanks all, in advance. silverhead
I don't know of any way to view the detailed settings of POD X3 presets without a computer running Gearbox. Failing that you would need to find someone willing to work with you to help select specific presets and send you their detailed settings. If you can find that person, great. Meantime I suggest you use Google or your favorite AI to determine the real world gear (amp and FX) a specific artist/band used for their sound/song and start manually building and tweaking your presets from there. Bummer. Thank you for the help.
