Bug? Showcase Preset/Snap Flags are all set to [Current][Current][Current] instead of the ones I programmed

Hi

 

I organized my showcase songs with their flags and now i have a list of 25 songs. The flags I am using are "Time" and "Preset/Snap" Flags.

So I assigned where each time change and preset/snap change should happen on all the songs.

I did restart the unit many times before and everything was in the right order and the flags as i programmed them, but this time for some reason the preset/snap flags are all set to [Current][Current][Current]. 

I am wondering if this is a bug, or just an alignment issue between the preset/snap flags in the songs and the preset setlist. The only thing that comes to mind is that, when i was programming the flags, i set them to their corresponding presets/snaps, all in the USER setlist, but then after i was done with the flags and showcase, i changed the order of the presets in the user preset setlist and also created a new setlist of presets and inserted them in the new setlist. Maybe when I changed the order of the presets from their initial assigned flag positions they lost track?!? 

Has anyone else experienced this? and is there a workaround? or is this a bug?

I spent days and days to program all the songs and now it seems i need to do it again.

Please help.

I would open a support ticket for two reasons:

1) if it is a bug that’s the official way to report it to Line 6, and 

2) if there is some possible recovery they are the ones most likely to know about it.

 

Meantime maybe someone here has other information.

…. and also make sure your firmware is up to date. I recall there were some Flag issues in previous releases.

I have seen issues when I link a preset ("Preset Recall") to a Song, and then change the order of the presets, and the relationship/link between the song and preset essentially breaks. I've also seen issues where I've created a new preset (in the User list, next available slot), and then immediately try to link it to a Song (Preset Recall), and it is not available to be selected until I turn the unit off/on, switch songs, and then go back to that song to setup the preset recall. I only use the User Preset setlist, and do not setup Play lists (for songs). Seems like there are bugs if you decide to change the presets order, if they are part of a "Preset Recall" within a Song.
