Moon_Raven Posted July 20 Share Posted July 20 When Helix starts, my volume pedal works correctly - I can easily go from 0% to 100% by moving the pedal. But after some active usage of the pedal (e.g., 30 seconds), flooring the pedal stops at ~5-10%, and it becomes really difficult to get it lower than that. How can I fix this? Hi, When seeking assistance from other users, it’s a big help to know exactly what you were doing when this occurred - for example, does this happen on all presets, or only certain ones, had anything else changed in your settings prior to this happening, etc. The volume pedal should “recalibrate” itself every time you start up - this sort of behaviour falls into the “weird” category. First rule of Helix - “when weird stuff starts to happen, perform a factory reset”. If that fails to cure the issue, reinstall the latest version of the firmware, and wait for it to rebuild the presets, which should bring them into line with the latest format. please report back with any update to the situation.
