folden
Have had big problems with updating the flash memory on my new POD HD400. 2.01 simply wont work on my unit. Near the end of the Flash Memory-update, it shows some error message containing some information about MIDI-interface (i use USB to update). Have tried all the solutions mentioned in other topics in this forum, without luck. After "Factory Reset", i get the DSP Boot failure, and my POD is filled with nothing. Have tried flashing it in safe mode, have tried everything. The one solution i found, was to rollback/update from file down to 1.31. 2.01 won't work in any way. So - since it worked rolling back to 1.31, i have in some ways eliminated that the problem is on MY end of this. Nothing wrong with computer/drivers etc. The problem comes from malfunctions in the software Line6 issues. So please - Give us an update that work (or instructions to a method that will actually update my firmware), and provide us with an solution. I suppose other people are having problems as well.

silverhead
He means a support ticket, which is a means of contacting Line 6 technical support to work directly with you, one-on-one, to resolve your specific issue. To open a ticket, follow the Support tab at the top of this page, and select Contact Technical Support.

folden
You should use "upgrade from file..." Did that yesterday aswell. But downloaded again today, replaced the file i downloaded yesterday. Also, a few reboots between the attempts. End of story anyways, it worked! :)

Psynogen
Pls help mMe. I just bought a POd HD400 and I got a gig in a month. i can only download monkey version 1.74 (latest is 1.76). Anyways I upgraded firmware, usb firmware and flash memory and upgraded my Pod HD400. Unfortunately my pedal calibration has gone. The "thumb button" or the D switch on the pedal works as I can switch between Wah and Vol. Even after initiating a factory reset, when it gets to the calibaration part, no matter how hard I push and wait the calibration process does not start. When I bought it, wih the old drivers, it was working perfectly, this upgrade has somehow screwed the hardware through Monkey, whtaever it id whle installing the drivers, and firmware. The switch works, there is no doubt. Can i go back to the old drivers, flash memory and revert back from the upgrade and get my volume pedal working correctly? the only sound i get is if i switch the pedal to Wah, if i swtch to Vl, there iss no sound!? Pls help me....
