bjnette
HI guys, I was carousing customtone and d'loaded a fair few patches to try and I tell some are absolutely great. I don't have the specifics but I will post. I been tayloring patches mostly from scratch and you know what checking out what others have done really gets you out of a square peg rut. I'd rather you recommend what has blown you away beyond your own imaginings as a top patch. By all means recommend your own patches your particularly proud of. Who knows who will win the highly coveted Top Patch Award
DarrellM5
A couple of my favorite, and most often used, tones are 'Favorite Mesa Tone' http://line6.com/customtone/tone/225293/ and 'Ola Fireballs' http://line6.com/customtone/tone/271428/ Radatat's acoustic tones are awesome as well. I've also been thinking about getting Glenn Dealune's tones.
brue58ski
Search for cloudchair. Here's a video with most of the patches. Excellent basic amp patches that can be good starting points. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrP-WXiPlJs (I seem to be on a Cloudchair kick.) Guitarmaniac64
Created on the desktop version, but will work on the 500 and 500X no problem http://line6.com/customtone/tone/275441/ Also, I think that the tones created by various Line 6 staff are really good, you have to go page by page to find them because the search function is not working for me. And probably some of the best you'll find are here: http://www.glenndelaune.com As always, tweak to your particular liking with respect to volume and tone stack That Glen Delaune stuff sounded crap he cant tweak sounds on a POD And then charge money for it no way i would pay for that.. I can't imagine they would cut through? I really like PDXguitarfreak's stuff. Not only were the tones usable, he really taught me a lot about utilizing the unit to it's fullest potential. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfVNbDtF-9Y

Plus his playing is incredible. His 'Dave's Main Tone' Van Halen Sound is really cool.
