smarks Posted October 19, 2014 Share Posted October 19, 2014 I have downloaded and updated my amp and reset it according to instructions. When I went in to the app to reload I show 25 banks. Only bank 1 has presets - for every other bank it shows <empty?> on a,b,c,d slots. When I press on the arrow it gives me a failed to load error. I have no idea how to fix this. Factory reset instructions are as follows: Q: How can I reset the AMPLIFi to its default settings?A: To perform a factory reset and restore the AMPLIFi to factory settings press and hold Master Volume knob and Tone button as you power up the amp. After you do that, close the app (double tap the home button, and swipe up on the app to close it), open it again, and the amp should start re-syncing with the app. If the banks still appear as empty, try doing the factory reset again.
