My Helix Native installation started throwing this error early this year (2025) and I could not find a fix. I had a dozen exchanges with Line 6 support who had me uninstalling, de-registering the PC, disconnecting my PC from the network, on and on. Nothing worked. However THIS simple step of logging into my account from the Native VST screen which was throwing the error FIXED it. Thank you ever so much!1 point
