If there are intermittent drop-outs or disconnect with the Helix Stadium software when you're connected to a known stable WiFi network. It's a good idea to check your WiFi router to see if it matches the standards supported.

The following Wi-Fi IEEE standards are supported:

802.11ac, 5GHz (Wi-Fi 5)
If it's not a match with one of these supported formats, then you may need to consider an alternative router, or upgrading your router if its outdated.
Another work-around would be connecting through the Ethernet to USB-A adapter that's mentioned in the manual. (see above link)
