    Great question. I updated the firmware probably 2 - 3 times and it rebuilt the presets a couple of times before I tried another firmware update. I just tried it now, perhaps my third attempt since the last update, and it worked like a charm. I think we must have had the same experience. Thank you for your help and Merry Christmas!

    Followed the update instructions and seemed to work ok. Only thing, each time I turn the Helix on I have to wait for all the patches to rebuild and once finished there is an audible beep noise. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Great question Guru. I might have accidentally disengaged the modeling feature. In any event, last night I followed the factory reset procedure and the alternate tuning is working again. Thanks for your input.

    I've had the exact the same problem with my JTV-69S.

    My alternate tuning on my JTV-69S recently stopped working. Line 6 had me pay shipping ($70 plus) for them to repair and I just got it back with zero improvement. They reflashed the firmware but when I play it through the Helix with my headphones on there is no change in tuning as I scroll from standard to DADGAD to Drop D etc. I advised Line 6 and am waiting to hear back. Anyone else experienced this?
