Yep, that was the first thing I tried. That work roughly 20% of the time. The other 80% seems to require restarting both the Firehawk and the iPad. I am guessing there is a shorter set of steps for the 80% case, but I havent figured them out.

I dont think so sine Bluetooth music streaming is pretty reliable.

I am on iOS. Closing and reopening the app rarely works. Forgetting the device and rebooting both, works but is a massive pain. I wonder if it is a defective Firehawk?

Bluetooth seems to work well on my Firehawk FX for audio play back. It always connects easily for streaming from the Firehawk app or any other iOS app. However, editing is a different story. The Firehawk app say "Device Not Connected" at the bottom even when it is connected for music playback. I have read the Bluetooth FAQ. It suggests a 13 step process to follow. This is too much to go through every time I want to edit anything. I have 10 days to figure this out, or I am returning the Firehawk FX. I'd really love to get it working more reliably.

Having the same problem with a Firehawk FX. When USB is plugged into the computer, there is digital noise on the 1/4" output. Less noise on the XLR.
