I have a Line 6 4 x 12 cabinet. It has 2 inputs, right left at 8 ohm and 4 ohm mono. The product number is 59-00-0202 The Serial # is (21)SVC0M6649008266 Even with all that information, I can not figure out what model Amp this is. What speakers are inside it? I tried calling line 6 and an answering maching told me to open a customer ticket. I tried opening a customer support ticket, but just got sent in circles with a "tell us what you researched" loop that went no where. I can't belive it, but I found nothing through a google search. Can anyone help me find out what the model of Line 6 4 x 12 cabinet is?

Is there an after market pedal board available with the buttons spaced further apart to control amp modelers like Line 6 Helix? The buttons are way too close on all amp modelers. Pedal toppers do not fix this.

I'm currently stopping the Bank Up/Down and Mode buttons with medium size Paper Clips from staples. It works for now. I've attach some photos in this post. I swear I've opened packing of tools that had special clips that slide in and stop buttons from being pushed in the packaging.

Is there a physical clip that can be put on the Bank Up/Down Buttons and the Mode buttons to hold them in place? The way the helix buttons are designed, It seems like a plastic clip could be placed on the button to effectively "Stop" the button from engaging from accidental presses. Has anyone ever heard of a "button stopper clip" like this for sale? If so, could you please provide a link?

Just bought a new computer with Windows 11. I have a green light on the UX1. Monkey can not make a connection to Line 6 web server. I'm dead in the water.

Is there a fix to this problem? I get the same code.

I have a similar problem. Just purchased Windows 11 computer and Monkey will not recognize my UX1. Everything worked fine on my 2016 Laptop which had Windows 10.

Bought a new computer today. I can not get UX1 interface to work with Windows 11. Installed Ux1 drivers and podfarm 2 - just got crackling noise. Monkey will not recognize UX1. Monkey will not list UX1 in drop down menus. Monkey will not connect with Line 6 servers.

Everything worked perfect on my last laptop. I bought a desktop with Windows 11 and Gearbox, podfarm, the ux1, and monkey do not work. Drop down menu on Monkey does not show a UX1. Monkey can not connect to server. Nothing works. I do have a green light on my ux1. Podfarm and gear box just make static sounds. I downloaded the newest drivers, but how do I apply them to the UX1?

Guess I'll just throw mine in the trash. Looks like a dead end.

I have gearbox on my old computer which has windows 10. It works perfectly along with the included ableton lite recording software. I bought a new computer, but somehow lost my old installation cds for both gearbox and ableton. I have the codes for gearbox and ableton and the licenses in my line 6 account. does anyone have a direct link (anywhere) that I can download a version of gearbox and ableton light that i can than enter my codes into and use on my new computer. I have searched the download options here on the line 6 and can find nothing. I can't believe they replaced Gearbox with this unusable POD FARM 2 Garbage! What dogsh*t!

I did some searching and found that you can go to your documents then line 6 folder then tones then user you can delete the tones there and they will not show up on gearbox.

Does Anyone know how to delete unwanted old user tones in Gearbox? thank you,
