  1. For me it was also the solution, to reinstall the app.
  2. You always can plug your Amplifi into the "Cd/Mp3" imput of the Spider, and use it like a speaker.
  3. I'm also in the same situation than you. I can't find a way to do it. And if you don't have the "favourites" that you want, you can't assign them to the physical button of "Tone".
  4. By the time, I have seen no way you can store in the SJ tones from other machines. It is a pitty, because having it a Sd card reader inside I think it should not be very difficult to get this function. I have the Pocket Pod, and I can connect it to the SJ with no problem. To do this, and if you want that the tone from your Pod sounds through your SJ as you can listen it directly from the Pod, it is very important that you have the SJ as "clean" as it is possible. So, some guys advise to connect it using the Aux input, not the Guitar one. You can find more information about this matter in other post. http://line6.com/support/topic/10729-aux-in-socket/?do=findComment&comment=73821 I have read you can download drum tracks like if you would like to download, and store, any other track. I bought the Spider Jam last week and I am answering you because I had the same questions and I have been reading some posts in forums not because i have so many experience. Hope that anyone with more knowledge can answer better. Sorry about reputation, I am writing from my tablet and pressed -1 not wanting to do that, and I don't know how to correct it.
  5. STORING PRESETS - Created a User Tone and Saved it to a user location. - In the SETTINGS/TONE menu, please make sure RECORDINGS SET TONE is set to ON. - Made a recording with that guitar tone and save the recording to the internal memory. Do this for every preset you would like to store. - In the SAVE menu, select the TRANSFER ALL TO CARD option. All of your recordings and their associated tone will be saved to the SD card. LOADING PRESETS - To transfer them back into the amp, go to the SAVE menu and choose the TRANSFER ALL FROM CARD option. This will load the recordings and the associated presets back onto the Spider Jam. - Now, when you load a recording that was transferred onto the Spider Jam from the SD Card, the preset that was stored with the recording will be loaded with the recording. It will show in the SETTINGS/TONE menu with an asterisk (*) next to the name. - To store this preset back into the Spider Jam User presets, go to the SAVE menu and select SAVE GUITAR TONE to store the preset in the User location you desire.
