  6. This is the exact same problem a in have been having with my brand new HD Pro X for nearly a year. I have been fighting with Line 6 to get it repaired or replaced and I'm pretty frustrated with the customer service. I have no idea what is causing the volume fluctuation. Please advise if you get this resolved and I will do the same.
  7. As for volume pedal calibration, I have not been able to find the procedure for the FBV 3.
  8. It reacts like a component is overheating and shutting down then returns to normal operation once it cools down.
  9. I have used multiple guitars and different cables. All the same results.

  14. My POD sounds great for a while after it has been on for a few minutes and warms up. After playing for a few minutes the gain and tone/volume fluctuate at random on any patch I use. If I click a few different patches a couple of times the tone returns for a few minutes and drops out again. Amp technicians have not been able to figure out what is causing this. It is quieter when I first turn it on and gets louder as I play and continues to fluctuate the whole time.
  15. I purchased my HD Pro X new from zZounds.com in December. Immediately has the low volume glitch. Once I discovered that it was in fact the POD causing the problem, I returned it to zZounds. They sent me a new one, which happened to have the same problem. zZounds told me they could not return it again because it was already past the 30 day mark. I took it to a local service center Dirty Town amps in Lakewood. They performed a repair which obviously did not fix the issue. I then submitted the unit to Line 6 directly to be repaired in house. Received it back from Line 6 with the same issues as before. This has been going on for nearly a year and I have yet to get this problem resolved.
