Hi Helix Team, As Spark 2 is coming to market with AI technology, it would be awesome if the NEXT GEN of Helix have the same feature as well. I'm sure with all the goodies that Helix currently have, the AI feature will take it to another level Hope we can have the Helix 2.0 soon!! Cheers

Don't know if you've tried this, but have you try to adjust the output block of your patch? When I practice with Headphones, I use (Digital S/PDIF, AES/EBU, L6 LINK) output block - refer to pg. 22 on manual book Adjust your output level accordingly. IMHO, there's nothing wrong with HELIX Just take time to understand all the features. ;)

I've trying to change my JVM channels using Snapshots on Helix but with no luck. Can anyone please help me how to set it up? NB: I only can change it using Preset and Pedal Mode on Helix

Hi All, Can anyone help me with my lack of knowledge? I want to run my Helix with JVM with 4CM and wet/dry/wet. How can I get stereo output while still mic up my amp? Is there a way to get the stereo output straight from Helix and only using 1 fader PA's mixer? So my amp will be the dry signal and only using 2 fader on the mixer.
