Just found the depth and bright on the 3rd page of the amp settings. Sounds so awesome with the bright on, just the way I like it. I actually almost bought a Archon a while ago, one of my favorite amps I've ever played.

Agreed, its the best piece of gear I've ever bought. What are your favorite new features? I barely have explored anything yet. So far I love the new Archon Lead + OD pedal, it can get some really heavy tones out of that.

Check out the Musiciansfriend open box section, thats where I got mine. They get them in stock every so often.

Its kinda crazy, I personally just sold off my 2nd to last amp. I got rid of almost all my amp gear and went down to the Helix and a TS210. I freed up alot of space and now have all the tones I can imagine. Plus that money can be spent on more guitars. :lol:

Any special settings or EQ's you can share for the ts210 that you like? I haven't played this much on guitar since getting my helix last week in a loooong time.

I was going to buy a afx or a helix and went with the helix for one big reason, the interface and usability. I've had units and pedals that were "powerful". But you had to go thru so many submenus and software to achieve the possibility and it was cumbersome. I'll take a better user interface and screen all day over a basic screen that may have more potential. Whats the use of something with so many options if you can't easily access or figure out how to achieve it.

Its probably using your preset to send the tones to all inputs including the aux. I had this problem yesterday for plugging in my mp3 player.

No this is directly on the Helix, when I was trying to change presets the audio stayed at the previous one and would never change until I power off.

I just got the Helix this week and have been very impressed with it and am still trying to learn it. I have a "issue" thats happened to me twice. I'll have a preset up and I try to switch off a stomp box or even change between presets and the sound never changes to them. I'll have completely different chains from a different preset loaded up yet my sound is still from the original one. The specific one is 02D. Is this a issue or a "feature" I don't know about. The only way around this is if I power off the entire unit and I can switch between presets again. Any ideas?

So I got my TS210 today. Is there any special way I need to set it up? I have it right now using a 1/4" mono out from my helix into the speaker. Is there anything that should be adjusted for best sound quality or is XLR out better to use? I'm still figuring stuff out on the unit, thanks

I'm getting the TS210 today I'll report back, decided to go with the 10 inch speaker after some research on the forum I did. I'm also going to be mainly using this inside and not gigging with it.

I just bought a Helix and updated the first day, it was honestly very simple and I had no problems. Obviously I didn't have any presets yet so the backup may cause some issues but it was straight forward. The biggest thing that confused me is the download links for everything are actually in a forum, and the "download" button is in the lower right of the post. That can probably be improved so its more straight forward having links side by side.

I ordered the Helix last week and thought I could just use my amp. After some research I saw its better to use a speaker like these. I ended up ordering the FS210 and should get here tommorow. So far I've only been able to test my helix on bad headphones and a 3 inch studio monitor. Can't wait to see how it sounds! I plan to just use it for indoor use.
